Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team at Fast Track ABA Center. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our center is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that promote the well-being and development of our clients.

Fast Track ABA Center is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. We believe in the importance of early intervention and work closely with parents and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings using evidence-based practices
  • Implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in each client's individualized treatment plan
  • Assisting parents and caregivers with training aligned with each client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
  • Effectively communicating with parents and caregivers regarding client progress
  • Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to prepare client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • BCaBA certification or higher preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in ongoing education and training sessions
