Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement interventions and activities designed to promote growth and stability in the lives of our clients.
- Work closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and youth in our care.
- Participate in behavior management and physical restraint training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human or social service-related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (may be obtained upon hire).
Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
