About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. As a key member of our global supply chain network, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Support for Ecommerce Applications
    • Serve as part of a team of customer success managers who advocate for customer needs and drive business outcomes.
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our ecommerce solutions and how customers utilize them.
    • Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive continued value from our products and services.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the escalated support process.
    • Hold regular calls and meetings with customers to provide status updates, review concerns, and discuss product enhancements.
  • Champion Growth for Products/Services
    • Provide training to customers on our ecommerce products to drive adoption and improve customer success.
    • Provide actionable feedback to product teams on feature requests, product enhancements, and bug resolutions.
    • Interact with customers through various channels to provide leadership and guidance on ecommerce solutions and business challenges.
Requirements for Success
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems and Office.
  • Experience in ecommerce, B2B commerce, or electronic data interchange (EDI) is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and master technical applications quickly.
  • Experience working with a customer queue and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
  • Strong team player with a self-starter mentality.
  • Passionate about customer success and satisfaction with prior experience in customer success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
