Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Program Manager to lead the implementation of a large-scale software program. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of a cutting-edge software solution aligned with our organizational objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the implementation of a HighJump WMS across multiple distribution centers, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of operational leaders, developers, and supply chain professionals to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Efficiently allocate resources, collaborating with department heads to secure the necessary expertise and support for the program.
• Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, providing regular updates to stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify potential risks and proactively devise mitigation strategies, ensuring the program progresses smoothly and adheres to timelines.
• Work closely with the key stakeholders to establish and maintain high-quality standards, implementing rigorous testing processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party components seamlessly, managing relationships and holding vendors accountable for deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager in software development, demonstrating successful large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• 5+ years' Korber/HighJump Implementation experience.
• 5+ years' T-SQL experience.
• Strong expertise with designing and developing using HighJump/Korber product suite (Webwise Page Editor/ Advantage Architect).
• Proficient with relational database development using SQL Server/Oracle.
• Solid experience integrating HighJump with other systems.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
