Job Title: Help Desk Consultant

Unison, a leading provider of procurement solutions to the federal marketplace, is seeking customer service-oriented professionals to provide functional and help desk support to our Federal Government customers.

About the Role

As a Help Desk Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business processes and implement and operate Unison software products and service offerings. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory and support services to government clients, ensuring assigned tasks are performed on time and on budget, and helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Help drive successful operation of Unison's Contracts product suite by delivering high-quality advisory and support services to government clients
  • Ensure assigned tasks are performed on time and on budget, and that client personnel appreciate the value of the work performed
  • Understand client business objectives and help clients achieve their goals
Qualifications

We are looking for a self-starter with one or more years of experience supporting software solutions such as acquisition systems for government. Experience in developing SQL queries, testing, training, configuration management, and organizational change management is preferred. You should be a quick learner, a team player, and proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
