Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk professional to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for resolving a wide range of technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely in a help desk support capacity.
- Work independently, receiving inbound calls and escalating issues as necessary, while maintaining thorough records of customer interactions and issue resolutions using Genesys and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during customer interactions.
- At least one year of call center experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate via phone.
- Experience using Genesys, SharePoint, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Experience in a Help Desk/Customer Support environment.
As a Help Desk Specialist at NavitsPartners, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and changing work environment, while promoting understanding through exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
