We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Golf Performance Coach to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Golf Performance Coach, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement fitness programs specifically tailored for golfers. Your aim is to improve clients' physical capabilities on the golf course, prevent injuries, and enhance their overall health and fitness. You will work closely with clients to assess their physical condition, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized fitness strategies aligned with their golfing goals.

Daily Activities:
  • Conduct comprehensive fitness evaluations for golfers, including physical assessments and biomechanical analyses.
  • Create and execute individualized fitness regimens focusing on flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance tailored to the sport of golf.
  • Provide expert advice on golf-specific exercises, drills, and training techniques.
  • Track clients' progress and modify fitness plans as needed for ongoing improvement.
  • Educate clients on proper nutrition, injury prevention, and overall wellness to maximize their golf performance.
  • Collaborate with golf instructors, physical therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to clients' fitness and performance.
  • Perform assessments for new members in accordance with club standards and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Oversee daily financial procedures related to personal training sessions with accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for anticipated sessions, assessments, and new client goals.
  • Maintain current fitness certifications, including CPR/AED, and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in golf fitness for program enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential from a recognized organization.
  • Specialized certifications such as Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing golf-specific fitness programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of biomechanics, kinesiology, and exercise physiology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • A passion for golf and a deep understanding of the game.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week in both indoor and outdoor settings.
