Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of the service area, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide dedicated support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked.
  • Ensure that the daily allocation of technicians' time is effectively utilized for servicing customers.
  • Efficiently distribute tasks among technicians.
