About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Big Sandy Superstore. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Verification: Verify all information related to orders is accurate, identify and correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Documentation and Processing: Complete all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner, process information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances.
  • Customer Service Support: Provide exceptional customer service support by answering phone inquiries, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and resolving customer complaints and questions.
  • Credit Applications and Payments: Complete and process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication and Organization: Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner, maintain accurate files and processes, and perform clerical support for store staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
  • Basic Skills: Basic reading and comprehension skills, basic numerical reasoning skills, and ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat, and efficient manner.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, with previous clerical experience preferred.
