Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and visitors, offering assistance when entering the building.
  • Notify staff members when appointments arrive and escort guests to the appropriate room.
  • Answer routine questions associated with services, products, location directions, etc.
  • Immediately notify and involve management with customer service and security issues.
  • Receive deceased belongings from family and follow chain of custody procedures.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a comfortable environment for clients, providing beverages and other amenities as needed.
  • Maintain the guest-waiting area, disposing of trash, replacing tissues, and general straightening of furniture.
  • Receive incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain organized and current electronic and paper files and records.
  • Perform light typing, proofreading, data entry, or printing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficient at operating office equipment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Clear and professional speaking voice and tone.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Ability to work a schedule including weekends and beyond standard business hours.
