We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to support our military family customers with their Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) benefits.
- Review military orders and state-specific requirements to determine customer eligibility for SCRA benefits.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to verify active-duty status and ensure seamless support.
- Work closely with Customer Care to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with business partners to deliver outstanding customer service and support.
