Position Overview:
As a Client Retention Specialist, your contributions will be vital in two key areas:
  • Assist the team in reaching sales and retention objectives
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients, guiding them towards ownership by presenting appropriate products that meet their needs and financial plans

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in rent-to-own preferred (training available)
  • Background in customer service, sales, call center, or retail is advantageous
  • Compliance with workplace drug-free policies, background checks, and a valid driver's license required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to nurture relationships
  • Establish collection goals and ensure accuracy of customer information
  • Review sales orders for compliance
  • Manage overdue accounts to assist clients in achieving ownership
  • Act as a customer advocate for timely payments
  • Support colleagues during peak periods or absences
