Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies
  • Communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care
  • Document interventions and medical condition histories accurately
  • Participate in investigations into incidents and ensure accurate reporting
  • Train and supervise nursing staff as needed
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
