Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care
- Document interventions and medical condition histories accurately
- Participate in investigations into incidents and ensure accurate reporting
- Train and supervise nursing staff as needed
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $50-$62
- Choice of facilities and shifts (weekends, overnight, per diem, etc.)
- Weekly or daily pay options
