About the Role

The Client Success Specialist is instrumental in ensuring that our clients derive significant value from our solutions. In this capacity, you will be a vital contributor to our clients' journeys with Workday.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with your team and other departments, including Sales and Services, to empower clients to maximize their investment in Workday.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for users on our platform.
  • Gather and analyze data to enhance site performance.
Key Functions

In your role as a Client Success Specialist, you will:

  • Act as an advocate for Workday clients, employing a collaborative approach to facilitate their success.
  • Engage directly with clients to enhance their overall experience, providing personalized support beyond standard communication methods.
  • Ensure that clients receive the utmost value from our offerings by measuring success, promoting usage, sharing best practices, addressing inquiries, identifying growth opportunities, and formulating strategic objectives.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer relationship role within Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight to track client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven capability to engage with various corporate functions, including Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading meetings with clients and leadership.
  • Background in issue resolution and escalation management at both operational and executive levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a degree in Business or a Technical field is preferred.

Compensation Overview

The salary range for this position varies based on location and other factors. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and stock grants as part of the total compensation package.
