**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our team at Cosco Fire Protection, Inc. in Tukwila, WA. As a key point of contact for our customers, employees, and guests, you will provide simultaneous support in a service and administrative capacity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Schedule service calls and coordinate material and lift procurement
* Enter service bookings and track material used on service calls
* Manage UL sprinkler head testing process and request Intents and Affidavits as needed
* Verify 3rd Party Reporting and create New Work Orders
* Review previous days calendar for completed job, paperwork, or return trips
* Review the overnight monitoring log from Central Station and verify Timesheet

**Requirements:**

* AA Degree required, BA college degree preferred
* Years of experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
* Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work both independently and in a team environment under deadline pressures
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
* Good written and verbal communication skills required
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
