Job Summary

Cosco Fire Protection is seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our team. As a Service Administrator, you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees, and guests/clients. You will be responsible for scheduling service calls, coordinating material and lift procurement, and managing UL sprinkler head testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Schedule service calls, coordinate material and lift procurement, and manage UL sprinkler head testing processes.
  • Bookings: Enter service bookings, manage service WIP/open call meetings, and review previous days' calendars for completed jobs, paperwork, or return trips.
  • Meetings: Attend service WIP/open call meetings, daily huddles with superintendents, and review overnight monitoring logs from Central Station.
  • A/R: Resolve AR disputes, manage back-up sprinkler and fire alarm issues, and verify timesheets.
Requirements
  • Education: AA degree required, BA college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
