Warranty Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer liabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and suggest final judgment on claims exposures and major warranty repair exposure to ensure continuity in claims processing and warranty repair completions.
- Acknowledge, record, and process customer claims in a manner that results in the resolution of warranty liabilities at the lowest overall cost to the company.
- Correspond with internal customers, company representatives, and communicate with internal departments regarding the status and outcome of warranty claims and programs.
- Work closely with our service department to ensure that claims are accurate, complete, and filed timely.
- Perform other important operational tasks and duties assigned, such as training internal service employees on warranty procedures and invoicing customers for their portion of warranty work orders.
- A minimum of one year of customer warranty claims experience, sales, or manufacturing experience.
- General knowledge of Caterpillar machinery products (preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years administrative-related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
