Drive Revenue Growth as a Customer Success Manager with DES Growth Partners, Inc.
Job DescriptionIn this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, while identifying new business opportunities to expand our presence in the NYC market.
Responsibilities- Upsell and cross-sell our services to assigned clients, capitalizing on new revenue streams and expanding existing partnerships.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, leveraging your expertise to qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Create compelling business cases, proposals, and presentations that showcase the value of our services, ensuring effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, working collaboratively with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring industry trends, technological advancements, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in sales and customer success.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and win complex sales deals. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills, and technical acumen will be essential for success in this position.
