Account Growth Specialist

SmartHire is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and upselling to assigned client base, developing leads into viable opportunities, and negotiating terms of agreements to close sales.
Responsibilities:- Manage and upsell to assigned client base to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Qualify, research, track, and develop leads into viable opportunities to drive business growth.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition to multiple organizational levels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop strong business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities to secure new clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements to provide informed feedback to the company.
- Participate in professional organizations (sales, marketing, industry associations) to stay updated on best practices and network with peers.
- Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in previous positions.
- Driven to succeed and excel, with a passion and enthusiasm for the business.
- Excels in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with constant change, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with exceptional work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Independent thinker with strong relationship building skills, able to confidently converse with C-level contacts.
- Proven record of winning competitive account sales and consistently delivering results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
$130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
