Customer Growth Specialist

We are hiring a Customer Growth Specialist to drive sales growth in the NYC area for our document management services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in consultative sales and be able to articulate the value proposition to multiple organizational levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Upsell and cross-sell services to assigned client base.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop leads into viable prospects.
- Develop and present business cases, proposals, and presentations to secure sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000; OTE: $120,000 - $130,000 per annum.
