Sales Manager Growth Leader

The Sales Manager Growth Leader plays a critical role in driving business growth and promoting exceptional customer service at Coldwell Banker Realty. This position is responsible for working closely with the Branch Vice President to recruit and grow market share. Key responsibilities include conducting daily calls to potential recruits, managing a pipeline of experienced agents, and maintaining the recruiting database. The Sales Manager Growth Leader will also support the Branch Vice President in driving agent retention efforts and increasing the capture rate with affiliated partners.
Key Qualifications:
- Three + years' experience selling real estate required
- Active Real Estate Broker's License required
- Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing, identifying, and building relationships with top talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and social media platforms
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and partners
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Technologically proficient in all areas, including Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
