About the Job

Mortgage Account Executive

Our client, a leading nationwide mortgage lender, offers a range of product solutions including NonQM, DSCR, FHA, VA, and USDA.

They have a strong reputation based on excellent customer service and a positive company culture.

Ideal candidates for this position have a strong service-oriented mindset, prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of mortgage lending compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop prospective accounts and manage business opportunities within a defined sales territory
  • Source new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through the approval process
  • Maintain sales contact and pipeline
  • Train mortgage brokers on loan packaging and submission requirements
  • Be a subject matter expert on underwriting requirements and rate sheets

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in residential lending
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role in a Wholesale lending channel
  • Knowledge of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo, and Investor loan products
