Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Coordinator to join our team at Medasource. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the status of department security projects, as well as assisting in Security Risk Assessment analysis and tracking control implementation progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on the status of department security projects and equipment remediation efforts
  • Assist in Security Risk Assessment analysis and track control implementation progress
  • Develop and communicate staff daily assignments and collaborate with site clinical departments for scheduling purposes
  • Support Change Management efforts (ITIL), training, and documentation
  • Contribute to the development of staff workflow structure

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
  • Technical expertise and ability to operate in a highly technical environment
  • Knowledge of medical device functionality, networking, and/or cybersecurity principles
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, medical device protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, or related field
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare data security regulations
