Job Summary:

The Clinical Office Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the physician and practice team at Emerson Hospital. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this individual will perform a wide range of front office responsibilities, including scheduling, data entry, and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
  • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Support the physician and practice team as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One to three years of administrative experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of GE Centricity electronic medical records system preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
