Responsibilities

The Customer Care Center operates around the clock, providing support to our clients 24/7. Our team members work in a shift-based environment that may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays, depending on workload and operational requirements. Schedules may be adjusted based on business needs.

Compensation Package Includes:

Starting Pay:

Unlicensed: $17.00/hr.

Licensed: $18.75/hr.

10% shift differential available for specific hours and weekends.

Bilingual Spanish differential available for both part-time and full-time roles in this department.

Employees will automatically receive a $0.50 increase per hour after six months.

Annual merit reviews may include performance-based pay increases and bonuses based on company results.

Selected candidates will undergo mandatory training, compensated at the same hourly rate as post-training. Training schedules will vary based on shift and role.

New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Customer Care Center after six months of service and after twelve months for other roles within State Farm.

Note: After training, associates will work approximately 80% remotely and 20% in the office.
