The Member Experience Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment members enter our facility.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills when assisting customers
  • A positive and energetic demeanor
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively as needed
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in members upon arrival
  • Promote and sell memberships, retail items, and merchandise
  • Promptly follow up with potential members
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for both members and staff
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
