  • Reports directly to the General Manager and Area HR Manager,
  • Tasked with supporting HR operations including payroll management, timecard compliance, and maintenance of employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Works collaboratively with the Area HR Manager on employee relations and staffing initiatives
  • Generates reports and concentrates on administrative duties related to HR documentation
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee relations, leave management, and various HR inquiries
  • Assists in conducting interviews, investigations, disciplinary procedures, and HR support at the store level
  • Provides training for HR Associates on HR protocols, employment regulations, and recruitment strategies
  • Consults with Store Manager on workforce planning and partners with different departments
  • Enhances recruitment efforts by building relationships with external partners and employing talent acquisition techniques
  • Monitors all facets of employment and aids in recruitment initiatives and job fairs
  • Supports multiple locations and undertakes special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field
  • Retail experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday is highly preferred)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and recruitment methodologies
  • Capability to work a flexible schedule and travel as necessary
Compensation:
  • $23.00/hourly*
