- Tasked with supporting HR operations including payroll management, timecard compliance, and maintenance of employee records.
- Works collaboratively with the Area HR Manager on employee relations and staffing initiatives
- Generates reports and concentrates on administrative duties related to HR documentation
- Serves as a point of contact for employee relations, leave management, and various HR inquiries
- Assists in conducting interviews, investigations, disciplinary procedures, and HR support at the store level
- Provides training for HR Associates on HR protocols, employment regulations, and recruitment strategies
- Consults with Store Manager on workforce planning and partners with different departments
- Enhances recruitment efforts by building relationships with external partners and employing talent acquisition techniques
- Monitors all facets of employment and aids in recruitment initiatives and job fairs
- Supports multiple locations and undertakes special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field
- Retail experience is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday is highly preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and recruitment methodologies
- Capability to work a flexible schedule and travel as necessary
- $23.00/hourly*
