Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrator to join our team at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and delivering human resources services, including payroll processing, recruiting, employee relations, training and development.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll and benefits for employees
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Provide support with employee relations and training
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
