Position Title: Information Technology Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 based on qualifications and experience, plus a 10% Discretionary Bonus

Leisure World of Maryland Corporation is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Information Technology Operations Manager to lead and manage all facets of our IT services. This critical role is essential for maintaining the effectiveness, security, and strategic advancement of our technology framework. The successful candidate will oversee our hardware and software systems, collaborate with our IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), and drive IT initiatives that align with our organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. IT Management and Oversight:

· Supervise the daily functioning of IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, and network systems.

· Guarantee the effective operation and upkeep of IT systems.

· Formulate and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

2. Technology Infrastructure Oversight:

· Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

· Ensure timely updates and backups of all systems.

· Monitor and manage network security, data integrity, and system performance.

3. Managed Service Provider Coordination:

· Serve as the primary liaison for our IT Managed Service Provider (MSP).

· Evaluate MSP performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

· Identify opportunities for enhancing MSP services and minimizing costs.

4. Strategic IT Development:

· Create and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals.

· Plan and oversee IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource utilization.

· Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront.

5. IT Security and Compliance Management:

· Establish and manage robust security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.

· Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations.

· Conduct regular security evaluations and risk assessments.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

· At least 5 years of experience in IT management or a comparable role.

· Demonstrated experience in overseeing IT infrastructure and services.

Skills and Competencies:

· In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and associated technologies.

· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

· Proficient in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in IT budgeting and financial management.
