Job Description:We are seeking a Cybersecurity Expert IV to ensure security compliance for our systems portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance on security policy implementation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Analyzing security requirements and developing responses to mitigate risks.
- Reviewing and updating Authorization To Operate (ATO) artifacts to ensure seamless system operation.
- Assessing security vulnerabilities and supporting remediation efforts to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on continuous monitoring and ATO to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and responding to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Staying updated on security best practices and tools to recommend process improvements for risk mitigation.
- Working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security tools and services to ensure secure cloud operations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of related experience in cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevSecOps.
- Understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust in the US.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Federal Government contracting.
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or GIAC.
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems like Splunk.
Working at eSimplicity:
