Position Summary: We are currently looking for a meticulous and committed Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The Clinical Research Coordinator will oversee and facilitate clinical trials, ensuring all regulatory standards are met while providing outstanding support to our research participants. This is a full-time position requiring 32 hours of work each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll participants, providing comprehensive information about the study and securing informed consent.
  • Organize and conduct study visits, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.
  • Monitor participant safety and report any adverse events, prioritizing their well-being throughout the trial.
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate the smooth execution of trials.
  • Maintain precise and current study documentation, including case report forms and regulatory binders.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations.
  • Work closely with Dermatology Associates of Rochester to utilize medical expertise and resources effectively.
  • Provide exceptional support and engagement to research participants, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Valid NYS Nursing License (LPN, RN).
  • Prior experience in clinical research, particularly in dermatology, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering engagement with research participants.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data management.
  • Proficient in electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
