Job Summary
We seek an experienced Senior Living Community Coordinator to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC. As the Community Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and exceeding revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing a team, creating a positive community environment, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and budget analyses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the physical condition of the property meets standards.
  • Analyze market conditions to identify areas for improvement.
