About Our Opportunity

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at CalTek Staffing, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work on complex engineering projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. This is a full-time exempt position with a competitive salary range of $87,150 - $128,625 per year. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, LTD, and life insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan with 401k matching.

You will be responsible for managing discipline-specific tasks and projects, supervising and directing the efficient utilization of designers on projects, acting as a consultant and assistant on specialized technical projects, coordinating and reviewing the work of other professionals involved in projects, and serving as the billing group lead for complex engineering tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and 7-15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering. You should also be proficient in applying the National Electrical Code (NEC) to designs and familiar with power distribution systems, lighting systems, emergency power systems, and fire alarm systems.
