About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Room. As a Senior Patient Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care specific to the age of the population served.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized patient plans to ensure quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current state RN license
  • A Bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certification
  • One year of experience in emergency room settings
