Administrative Coordinator

JARCCO Construction LLC is a dynamic and growing company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing office operations, implementing policies and procedures, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and improve office operations, including filing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Payroll, timecards, and benefits administration.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new employees.
- Plan and implement employee records, labor law posters, and employee manuals.
- Manage employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
- Establish and maintain accounts payable and receivable systems.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
