Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion and subsequent maintenance.
  • Organize project activities, resources, equipment, and information to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Engage with clients to clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, progress updates, and project plans.
  • Monitor project advancement, address any issues that arise, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal teams and clients, providing regular project status updates and managing expectations.
  • Assist in the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all project activities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and managing correspondence.
  • Oversee project licenses, contracts, and billing, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with specific knowledge of DAS systems being a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and attention to detail in contract management.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to use a personal vehicle for work-related tasks.
