Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
  • Assess the family's and consumer's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers
Requirements
  • PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
  • BCaBA/BCBA Certification or minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
  • Minimum of 1 year full-time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA, AND 40 hours of ABA training
