Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to promote client growth and development
  • Provide training and supervision to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
  • PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
  • BCaBA/BCBA Certification or equivalent experience and training
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
