Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy services.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train clinical staff to implement treatment plans with integrity, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Client Intake: Complete new client intakes, conducting initial and ongoing assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and instruction to parents on behavioral strategies and ABA teaching methods, ensuring successful implementation in home and community settings.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete accurate and timely reports, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Professional Development: Attend organization meetings and trainings, staying up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy and clinical leadership.
Requirements:
  • Credentials: Credentialed with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and hold and maintain a BCBA Certification.
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Licensure: Behavior Specialist License from the state of PA or LBA from the state of MD required; maintain licensure.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in the field of ABA working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Skills: Familiarity with various assessment types, including the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP, and experience creating individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on skill acquisition.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move for 75% of the day, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally during the workday.
