The individuals we assist require a skilled Behavior Support Specialist to facilitate their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor participants in diverse environments and work closely with their families and support teams to design and execute effective behavior support strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to thoroughly evaluate the challenges faced by participants.
  • Provide training on the implementation of behavior support strategies to staff, participants, their families, and caregivers.
  • Complete essential documentation related to data collection, progress tracking, and the preparation of reports for planning purposes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
  • Completion of training in conducting and utilizing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), or a commitment to complete the training during the application process.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance for vehicles used in service delivery.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass required background checks.
  • Training to address the specific needs of participants, including but not limited to communication, mobility, and behavioral requirements.
