About the Role

TulaRay is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Consultant to join our team in the School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) program. As a Clinical Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing subject matter expertise and supporting the development of behavioral health initiatives in schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Knowledge and Background: Familiarity with SBBH, direct clinical experience serving youth with behavioral health disorders and their families, and comfort facilitating conversations regarding behavioral health services and supports offered in schools.
  • Policy & Research: Utilize federal, national, state, academic, and clinical research and/or policy findings to present information relevant to SBBH and other relevant topics.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with diverse stakeholder partners to collaborate on school-based behavioral health initiatives, outline key deliverables and timelines, and participate in grant writing and applications as applicable.
  • Stakeholder Facilitation: Provide trainings virtually and in person, and coordinate with staff and stakeholders as situations dictate.
