Key Responsibilities

Strategic Proposal Development: Formulate a tactical approach for each proposal, encompassing win themes, value propositions, and strategies for competitive differentiation. Proposal Oversight: Direct the comprehensive proposal process, including initiation meetings, timeline creation, content refinement, review facilitation, and post-action planning as necessary. Content Evaluation: Organize content assessments with internal stakeholders, managing feedback and revisions to ensure precision, completeness, and adherence to proposal specifications. Knowledge Management: Sustain a repository of reusable content, templates, and best practices to enhance the proposal development process and elevate content quality and consistency over time. Collaboration: Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, graphic designers, and legal advisors, to collect essential information and resources for proposal crafting. Deadline Coordination: Oversee content development tasks to meet proposal timelines, proactively identifying potential obstacles or delays and implementing solutions to maintain progress. Performance Documentation: Keep records of proposal activities, monitor key performance indicators, and analyze results to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience) At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in proposal management, business development, or sales support roles. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free outputs. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Capability to produce accurate, compliant, and persuasive work independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with proposal management software/tools (e.g., PandaDoc, Loopio, Proposify) is advantageous. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
