Proposal Development Role

As a key member of the Insight Global team, you will work closely with a team of proposal specialists to develop and submit winning proposals for government subsidized programs.

This role requires a strong understanding of government regulations and a keen eye for detail to ensure that proposals meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate bids by analyzing address, services, requirements, risks, and other factors.
  • Request site surveys through a project management tool to assess fiber construction and costs.
  • Partner with sales representatives to develop a response to bids.
  • Create templates for RFPs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to sales teams as required.
  • Respond to bids and RFPs within tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a database of responses and boiler plates of past performance.
Compensation:

A competitive hourly rate of $21-24 based on experience.
