Key Responsibilities

Proposal Strategy Formulation: Craft a strategic framework for each proposal, encompassing win themes, value propositions, and strategies for competitive differentiation. Proposal Oversight: Manage the complete proposal lifecycle, including initial meetings, timeline creation, content refinement, review coordination, and post-proposal evaluations as necessary. Content Evaluation: Organize content assessments with internal stakeholders, managing feedback and revisions to ensure precision, thoroughness, and adherence to proposal specifications. Knowledge Repository Management: Sustain a collection of reusable content, templates, and best practices to enhance the proposal development process and elevate content quality and consistency over time. Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, graphic designers, and legal advisors, to gather essential information and resources for proposal crafting. Deadline Coordination: Oversee content development tasks to meet proposal deadlines, proactively identifying potential obstacles or delays and implementing solutions to maintain progress. Performance Monitoring: Keep records of proposal activities, track key performance indicators, and analyze results to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in proposal management, business development, or sales support roles. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free outputs. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Capability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work both independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work under tight timelines. Familiarity with proposal management software/tools (e.g., PandaDoc, Loopio, Proposify) is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
