About the Role:

Noelle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Director of Food and Beverage. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead our restaurant's front-of-house operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Select, develop, and coach a high-performing team of restaurant professionals.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective menu management, pricing strategies, and sales promotions.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through regular feedback, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory management and financial controls.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience working with payroll, budgets, revenue, and forecasting.
