Raising Cane's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Execute restaurant operations functions, including managing cash handling and ensuring accountability.
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards, executing shift management meetings and utilizing required tools and forms to support shift execution.
- Deploy crewmembers during a shift, providing exemplary customer service and utilizing the reward and recognition program.
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval, ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant and maintaining the facility in good working order.
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
