Key Responsibilities:

1. Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, plate presentation,

portion control, and cost management.

2. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistent guest satisfaction and uphold

the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

3. Maintain a creative and enjoyable work environment while serving as a role model for your

team.

Qualifications:

● Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

● A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen operations and at least 1 year in a leadership

role is required.

● Strong mathematical skills are essential, along with the ability to operate a cash register and

Point of Sale system.

● Effective communication skills in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's area are

necessary.

● Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours) and the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours

per week.
