This position will reside in Macon, GA, and you'll be responsible for leading a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives. Your goal will be to create robust succession plans, develop the next generation of leaders, and drive business growth through sales targets and customer engagement.

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Participate in food shows, regional customer events, and customer trips to maintain visibility with customers and industry partners

We're looking for a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. If you have a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models, and can work evening and weekend hours, we encourage you to apply.
