Bausch + Lomb is a leading global eye health company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the gift of sight for millions of people around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the Atlanta/Charleston SC region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong background in the eye health industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, as well as coaching and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets.

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals. They will also have a strong understanding of the eye health industry, including current trends and market dynamics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coaching and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Providing regular sales reports and analysis to senior management

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of healthcare sales management experience
  • 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Strong background in the eye health industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals
