This role requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. You will also need to grasp, push, pull objects, and operate a computer, fax, and telephone. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
Requirements- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service and point-of-sale experience is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and supervisors.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
- Certifications: Must have or obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Professional Attitude: Maintain a professional attitude and approach to problem-solving.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or diploma in progress is required.
- Computer Experience: Computer experience is helpful.
- Teamwork: Ability to work with children, parents, staff, and various ages and groups.
- Non-Judgmental Attitude: Maintain a non-judgmental attitude when working with customers, clients, members, and staff.
- Criminal Background Check: A criminal background check is required with certification for Protect the Mission policies and procedures.
